We tried Gaffel Kolsch, Peter Kolsch and Dam Kolsch – all in 0.2l glasses. Michael thought he needed two at a time to make a schooner. The best one so far was the Gaffel. No one too friendly yet in the pubs. Not like Amsterdam……But we will keep trying.
