We walked into town today to find out more about the “Second Beer and Cider Festival” at the Rose and Crown in Burford, Shropshire (just across the bridge from Tenbury).

We can claim that we were the first people to attend this festival arriving at 11am this morning. We found out it does not start until 6pm!

We will go back on Saturday and Sunday to take part in this event. The weather looks as though it will be fine. We can leave our little dog for a few hours each day safely – so we should all be happy.

On our walk home this afternoon, we were treated to a helicopter flying very low to the ground and another grouse walking along one of our roads.
