Boiled sausages and bread in Pfaffenwinkel country

I got a shock when my sausages were delivered in a bowl of hot water but they were very nice once I removed the very tough skin.

    Just caught up with the blog. Fantastic. Sounds like you are having a great time. Those German towns look really lovely although I don’t like the look of some of the sausages that Michael is eating. Will keep reading. Dubbo is good.
