Franconian Specialities for Dinner in Dinkelsbühl

We were not too sure what we were ordering tonight – but we were keen to try the specials of the day. We were not that hungry as we had enjoyed such a beautiful BBQ lunch with Franz and Siegie.

I chose the local pasta with cheese and salad (Käsespätzle mit gebraten zwiebeln) which I enjoyed very much.

Michael had a pasta dish with egg (genratene maultaschen mit ei zwiebelschmelze).

You may now understand why we get confused when ordering from the menus.
