Michael cooked a great meal for us the last night in our little apartment in Cochem. It consisted of a Bratwurst Grillplatt (a packaged mixture of different types of sausages) and mini frikadellen (mini rissoles). He added some fried fresh mushrooms and onions and potato patties.

Germans know how to make great sausages!
