Italian for lunch ….again

We shouted ourselves lunch after the walking tour of some of Trier’s sites.

Michael chose the gnocchi with Gorgonzola cheese and a local beer from Trier which is served in a stein. The first beer he has had like that.

I chose an antipasto plate, but was surprised when it was all meat/s! I enjoyed this with a glass of chianti.

We have found that there are as many Italian restaurants as there are German restaurants in the areas we have travelled in Germany.

We used this time for writing postcards to our mothers.

We also walked past a shop selling more BLOOD sausages! See Michael through the window.
