Tonight Michael cooked a fillet of Cheval.
When asked if he had any regrets about cooking it… He said ” neigh”.
“Would he do it again?” He tapped his foot three times.
Seriously though, it was beautifully cooked. It had a slightly stronger taste than beef but was very tender. He loved it.
He enjoyed this with, of all things, a red dry wine from China!
A multicultural evening in Brussels.
Michael is now jumping over the chairs in the living room.
He just said that he has eaten the national emblems of five countries. I cannot verify this. But a notice we read today in Bruges attributed to Salvador Dali said ” Exaggeration is the one thing the world cannot get enough of”.
PS. I ate pork.
