Well we had to try them. They looked so good.
Unsure if this little man cooked them or whether they were prepared by someone else. Perhaps even left over from other markets from a few days ago.
I chose “Petits avec pois farcies” which looked like rissoles in peas for €4 a serving.
While Michael chose the duck (Cuisse de canard) because the potatoes looked brilliant.
And the winner was….
The wine Michael had bought at the market from Nicolas Pruvost, the winemaker, for €6.
There was too much garlic in the peas for me. I think we would have been much better off cooking for ourselves.
