A first time for everything, even at 58 (59 for Mick!)

Melinda showed us how to cook these last night.

These artichokes we bought at yesterday’s markets were fabulous with loads of butter and salt.

More importantly, Melinda taught us the correct way to eat them.

I should have taken a photo of the AFTER to show you all the leaves we had nibbled on.

I will certainly try these again at home.
