One of our jobs at this house sit is to bath the two dogs regularly – once per week.

We were unable to bath the little dog initially following her surgery, and then came a cold spell, but over the last few days both dogs have enjoyed a shampoo and blow dry.

Madame had her bath in the kitchen tub.

You can see how much she is enjoying it.

 

Then came the blow drying.

She actually didn’t mind it at all, but would you believe, the very next day during our afternoon walk, she found a small dam and went for a swim!!

Mr H has had a couple of baths so far since we have been here. The set up is very professional with a proper (dog) bathtub and a commercial blow dryer.

 Now, he doesn’t really like it, even though the water is warm. But, he is a well trained dog and is obviously used to this routine.

The only mishap during this event was when I took charge of the hose and accidentally sprayed water all over Mick. He was not happy!!
