Nick brought around 4 pheasants that were shot yesterday evening for Michael to clean. Michael had shown a lot of interest when we met Nick at the local pub on Friday evening and was very excited when he turned up with the birds.

Michael had resorted to advice from YouTube on how to clean the pheasants without having to pluck them completely. He certainly got better at it towards the last bird.
